1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReviewBrewery ("the Platform"), operated by Distilly Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ReviewBrewery is an AI-powered platform that assists researchers with systematic reviews, including literature screening, data extraction, risk-of-bias assessment, and evidence synthesis. The Platform is intended for academic and professional research use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. By using ReviewBrewery, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at help@reviewbrewery.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the research data and content you upload to ReviewBrewery. We do not claim ownership of your research materials. However, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.

The Platform itself, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the intellectual property of Distilly Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. AI-Generated Outputs

ReviewBrewery uses artificial intelligence to assist with systematic review tasks. AI-generated outputs are provided as decision-support tools and should be reviewed by qualified researchers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Distilly Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
